As the author of Hospitality as Easy as AEIOU and Hospitality as Easy as AEIOU: Manufacturing Edition, Andrea brings a fresh perspective to leadership, workplace culture, employee engagement, and the power of human connection.

With two master's degrees and doctoral studies in Organizational Leadership and Management, Andrea combines academic knowledge with real-world leadership experience to help organizations strengthen communication, develop their people, and create memorable experiences.
